About

Dr. Nazmi has five decades of experience in international project finance and development. With a dual degree in MBA and Finance, he has directed the development and financial structuring of multi-billion-dollar development projects throughout the world. With his blend of financial technical expertise and international experience, he is uniquely qualified to bring to successful completion large development projects requiring the cooperation of multinational parties. Dr. Nazmi has worked with both public and private sectors in different countries and led successful development efforts throughout the world.​

 

Dr. Nazmi was born in Urmia, West Azerbaijan region of Iran. He has earned a doctorate degree of language and literature from Iran, holds a Doctorate in Comparative Literatures and middle East study from university of Neuchâtel, Switzerland and holds and an MBA  in Real Estate Investment, and PhD in Finance from USA. His Post Doctorate studies are in    Development planning of Developing Countries from California. He resides in California Bay area, USA. Dr. Nazmi serves as the Chairman and CEO of Altai Development Group, which works to promote project development in the Islamic countries of Caspian region, Central Asia, and Turkey.

  • Urban Development in China: In the 1990s, Dr. Nazmi was invited by New Tiger Company to study China's new investment policy and prepare a business plan for an industrial city at Xing Yang province.

    • This project was comprised of a city for 15,000 families and the world's largest noodle production plant. Dr. Nazmi was responsible for preparing the business plan and obtaining and structuring financing for the project.

    • A highly complex $l.4 billion project, this required both private/public partnerships and coordinating multi-national interests. Dr. Nazmi was awarded as Businessman of the year in USA.

    • After successful completion of the project, Dr. Nazmi was awarded an honorary citizenship of China by  Xinjiang Province for his efforts.  Dr. Nazmi donated his Company’s seven million dollars commission to Xinjiang     government for building  two technical schools for Urumqi youths.  

  • Additional International Development Projects: As the Founder and CEO of Golden Key International, Dr. Nazmi has helped with development and financing of:

    • Golf course in Hawaii, USA

    • Aluminum production factory in India

    • 120 Gem cutting facilities in Vietnam

  •  Domestic (US) Development and Financing Projects: As the Founder and CEO of Golden Key Developments, LLC, Dr. Nazmi has overseen the financing and development of large residential development projects in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.

  • Real Estate Investment Hedge Fund: Dr. Nazmi is a founding Partner in the California hedge fund RVH Capital, LLC. RVH Capital, LLC invests in distressed real estate and assets throughout California. As a Partner, Dr. Nazmi was involved in all aspects of the hedge fund operations — including raising capital, assessing distressed assets for purchase, and structuring purchases and sales.
